Couples counseling and family therapy

Relationships are hard work. They take self-reflection, healthy communication, genuine empathy, acceptance, boundaries, and mutual support. They also take hope. And when times are difficult, hope is sometimes hiding.

  • Discern the goals of the relationship and if all participants are on the same page.

  • Process possible underlying issues playing a role in the sabotage of the relationship.

  • Practice more effective forms of communication.

  • Become aware of how we give and receive love.

  • Accept personal roles and responsibilities with less blaming.
     

Supervision

I strive to provide a safe, comfortable environment for pre-licensed and practicing therapists to experience supportive guidance in gaining insight, understanding, and the tools necessary to create a healthy and ethical practice. Contact me if interested.
